This was our opportunity to create one of the most custom landscapes we have done to date. We took the clients ideas and vision and turned them into a very modern and elegant outdoor living space. Full of lighting and stained concrete, this landscape blends seamlessly with this beautiful home.
About this Project
When it comes to making the most of a small yard, the “Hilltop” project was a modern marvel. We didn’t let limited space hold us back, and the result is nothing short of spectacular.
At the heart of this outdoor oasis is the L-Shaped kitchen and bar top, a hub for entertainment and culinary delights. It’s where friends and family can gather, cook up a storm, and enjoy a meal under the open sky. The modern hardscaping around it ties the space together seamlessly.
But we didn’t stop there. This yard is a true multipurpose gem. We’ve created a basketball court for those who love to shoot hoops, and artificial turf that ensures year-round fun and minimal maintenance. And let’s not forget the raised patio with its custom-built bench, fire pit, and one-of-a-kind chandelier!
To add a dash of elegance and privacy, we incorporated decorative screens that both shield the space and give it a unique, contemporary touch. Natural landscaping softens the edges, providing a beautiful contrast to the modern design.
The real showstopper, though, is the lighting. We installed color-changing LED outdoor lighting that turns this space into a work of art after the sun goes down. It’s a perfect backdrop for evening gatherings or a quiet night under the stars.
