Natural Haven in the Hills

About this Project
This project offered up a lot of challenges because of the steep grade the lot sat on but also presented us with some unique opportunities in the design.
We utilized natural stone to complement the Colorado scenery for steppers down to the lower patio area as well as ornamental boulders throughout the landscape.
The dry creek bed is not only functional but is unique to this home. Adding landscape lighting really enhances all the awesome features of our landscape as well as keeping the area safe for the homeowners and guests. The lower patio and fireplace offers another outdoor space for the homeowners to entertain.
Our clients wanted to have a landscape that was unique and different from the rest of his neighborhood. With strict guidelines from the HOA we wanted to make sure our product stood out among the rest. We incorporated different colored materials to create a custom landscape that still met HOA requirements. Another challenge we were faced with was creating additional parking space for the homeowners and their guests.
To meet our client’s request of standing apart from his neighbors we presented materials that were not installed in every other yard. During the interview and estimating process we sent our client to our local distributors to look at materials and make sure they approve of all our recommendations. This allows the customer to see the materials in person before they are delivered to the site. This allows our customers to get the best possible products and ensures we are only installing quality materials that the customer approves of.
For the parking we installed a unique product that allows you to park a full sized vehicle on the grass solving additional overflow parking. Our client was very happy with the finished product and it has become a key talking point for the homeowner. For this project and all of our installations we strive to be different and unique in all facets of the landscape and hardscape industry.
