The Experience
Arrival and Entry
At the front of the home, limestone seat walls and structured plantings create a calm and welcoming approach. The entry sequence was designed to guide movement naturally, with soft lighting and clean geometry that highlight the modern architecture.
Courtyard and Central Living
The central courtyard serves as the outdoor heart of the property. Large-format pavers form a foundation that connects the dining area, lounge, and water feature into one cohesive layout. A built-in outdoor kitchen adds both form and function, providing space for cooking, entertaining, and everyday family use.
Recreation and Family Spaces
Beyond the main courtyard, the landscape transitions into a private recreation zone. A custom sport court and putting green were installed to offer flexible, year-round activity space. The artificial turf keeps the area low-maintenance while maintaining a fresh, structured appearance. Surrounding plantings soften the architecture and create a natural border that blends the built environment with the landscape.
Evening Perspective
As evening falls, the lighting plan transforms the space into a warm, inviting setting. Step lights, wall fixtures, and uplighting accentuate the materials and architectural lines while ensuring safety and visibility. Limestone, steel, and natural wood work together to create a timeless palette that feels both refined and durable.

Behind the Build
