Most of these issues were identified by Jeff or Chuck, and were presented to us with a solution already proposed without us having to point it out. On the rare occasion where we discovered an issue, they acknowledged it, agreed it needed fixed, and we quickly agreed on an appropriate remedy without fuss, warnings of delays, or requests for additional payment.
